Heap was an autocapture product analytics platform acquired by Contentsquare in 2023 and is now presented as Contentsquare Product Analytics. Its core capability automatically records broad web and mobile interactions so teams can define events retroactively, then analyze funnels, retention, journeys, cohorts, segments, and user behavior alongside Contentsquare's wider experience analytics and monitoring products. This record is useful for existing Heap customers and older integrations, while new evaluations should use the current Contentsquare Product Analytics name, platform, SDK guidance, and commercial packaging.
